It’s no secret that the healthcare industry’s delay in getting up to speed with the digital revolution is posing additional challenges for clinicians already working under immense pressure.

China’s Ping An Good Doctor and Thailand’s largest private medical group, Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS), yesterday announced the launch of a video consultation service.

Both groups will be maintaining their names and brandings throughout the integration.

Hong-Kong headquartered life insurance company Prudential announced that it will partner with telemedicine provider MyDoc to offer consumers access to value-added health services on their mobile phones, including doctor consultations, electronic prescriptions and electronic medical certificates.
