Isaac Health, a brain health and dementia care platform, announced a partnership with Oregon-based Atrio Health Plans to increase access to cognitive care for Atrio Medicare Advantage plan members.

The partnership will allow Atrio Medicare Advantage plan members with either cognitive issues or who have been diagnosed with dementia to obtain care through Isaac Health's digital platform, which includes specialist diagnosis and treatment services and long-term care management.

Additionally, caregivers will be given personalized support, training and guidance.

Members will also be able to schedule an initial visit with an Isaac Health care coordinator within days of seeking treatment.

"At Isaac Health, our mission is to bring access to specialist cognitive care to as many people as possible, especially those who live in geographically isolated areas, such as many parts of Oregon," Julius Bruch, CEO and cofounder of Isaac Health, said in a statement.

"For Isaac Health, this partnership is a great opportunity to fulfill our mission to bring high-quality brain health care directly into communities that need it most."

THE LARGER TREND

The partnership with Atrio comes in the wake of Isaac Health securing $10.5 million Series A in August, which brought its total raise to $16.3 million.

The funding round was led by Flare Capital Partners, with participation from Industry Ventures and Black Opal Ventures.

The company used the funds to increase its technology to scale nationally, which included its virtual care infrastructure and smart care management tools, AI-enabled early detection technology, clinical decision support systems and data and analytics abilities.

The money was also used to broaden its partnerships with health plans and systems.

In October, Isaac Health announced that customers would be able to connect through LillyDirect, pharma giant Lilly's direct-to-consumer digital health platform.

Dr. Joel Salinas, cofounder and chief medical officer of Isaac Health, told MobiHealthNews, "Being listed as a provider on LillyDirect expands access to the expert cognitive care Isaac Health provides, shortening wait times to allow us to intervene sooner so treatments are more likely to have the greatest benefit and the least risks possible."

In 2024, Isaac Health completed an oversubscribed $5.7 million seed round.

The round was led by B Capital with participation from Co-Found Partners, VU Venture Partners and AirAngels
